When you click this Buy Now button, you are agreeing to arrange coaching by telephone, with payment in advance which is not refundable. You also indicate your understanding that there is no guarantee that an appointment can be re-scheduled in case of emergency (although Jean will attempt to do so) and that there is no guarantee that Jean's advice will resolve your problem or improve your relationship with your child, although those are the goals of the coaching.

In no case will Jean Walbridge or Parenting Adolescents or this web site or anyone connected with these entities be responsible for the outcome of your attempt to implement the advice you receive during this coaching. When you buy this service by clicking below, you are agreeing also to these terms.

Oh--and one more thing--it is forbidden to record the telephone conversation you have with Jean. However, you can, if you like, send an email and request a summary of the coaching advice by return email (it will not be verbatim).

Parenting Coaching by Phone

60 minutes $100.00 30 minutes $50.00

Jean is available for individual parenting coaching by telephone, in one-hour or half-hour segments. An hour's coaching costs $100 US, 30 minutes is $50. If you live abroad, there may be an additional cost to cover long distance phone charges.

To schedule an appointment for telephone coaching, please send Jean an email or leave a message on her office phone at 847-926-8328 (USA)--be sure to leave your return number.

You must have a telephone which is accessible by Jean's cellphone, and you and Jean will work together to schedule an hour or 30 minutes that works for both. Jean will speak briefly to you by phone before you pay for the service, to establish that the phone connection works.

You will click the Buy Now box at right to buy the service before the date of the scheduled appointment.

It is advisable to have scheduled a definite appointment time before paying to be sure Jean can serve you at an acceptable time on an acceptable date.

There is no possibility of refund for cancellation or dissatisfaction, so don't pay until you are ready to follow through!

If you came down with a horrible illness and had to re-schedule, Jean would consider carrying over the fee you'd paid to the new time, but there is no guarantee that she would do this. In no case will a fee be refunded.

NB: Coaching is not therapy. Coaching includes Jean's listening to your situation and question, followed by Jean's recommendations on managing the current situation. If you need mental health treatment or want to know if you need such treatment for yourself or your child, you will need to consult a therapist for direct face-to-face consultation. You can use our Directory of Clinicians to find a therapist--or write to Jean for names in your area.
